Hi there! I’m Emily, the creative mind behind Violet North. I’m a woman-owned small business based in the beautiful Yukon, where I grew up surrounded by nature’s breathtaking beauty. Inspired by the beautiful landscapes and the serene north, I create handmade polymer clay and gemstone jewelry, as well as other accessories in my effort reflect the natural beauty of the world around us.
Each piece is designed and crafted by me with love and care, from start to finish. As a registered nurse specializing in palliative care, I have a deep appreciation for life’s precious moments, and I channel that love into every item I create. Whether it's the rich colors of gemstones or the unique textures of polymer clay, I want each piece to feel like a wearable work of art—one that connects you to the natural world.
When I’m not creating, you can find me spending time with my dog and fiancé, enjoying the simplicity and beauty of life in the Yukon. Every item in my shop tells a story—your support allows me to continue sharing my love for creativity, nature, and the north with you all!
